Anchor Point: Search results page after Search & Register a Person

Note: Always use 3 search criteria when searching or search/registering an Individual or Duplicates may be created

Search Person Al Pacino, Birthdate Mar 2, 2001

1. From search results, see if the Individual you are looking for appears in the list
2. If they do not, select Next, a modal will open
   
   
3. Complete the mandatory fields (complete what you can of the other fields)
   1. Declaration Received
   2. Date Received (defaults to today’s date)
   3. Gender
   4. Marital Status
   5. Registration Date (defaults to today’s date)
4. Select Save, you will be brought to the new Person Page for the Individual
