Purpose

Registration is the creation of a record for a person.

Procedures

Anchor Point: Search results page after Search & Register a Person

Note: Always use 3 search criteria when searching or search/registering an Individual or Duplicates may be created

Search Person Julia Roberts, Birthdate Dec 28, 1981

1. From search results, see if the Individual you are looking for appears in the list
2. Check to see if the Individual is already registered (the Individual will have a No under the registration column)
3. Select the checkbox beside the Individual’s name
4. Select Next and a registration modal opens
   
   
   
   
5. Complete the fields that are not blue (only complete what you can, taking note of the 5 remaining mandatory fields)
   1. Declaration Received
   2. Date Received (defaults to today’s date)
   3. Gender
   4. Marital Status
   5. Registration Date (defaults to today’s date)
6. Select Save, you will be brought to the new Person Page for the Individual
