Only the case owner or case supervisor can close an Integrated Case. All components of an Integrated Case must be completed or canceled before the Case can be closed.

Change the Integrated Case Owner 

Anchor Point: Integrated Case

1. Select the Administration Tab.
2. Select New Owner.
3. Select the magnifying glass.
4. Enter the search criteria.
5. Select Search.
6. Click Select next to the user's name.
7. Select a reason from the Reason drop down menu.
8. Select Save.

Change the Integrated Case Supervisor 

Anchor Point: Integrated Case

1. Select the Administration Tab.
2. Select New Supervisor.
3. Select the magnifying glass.
4. Enter the search criteria.
5. Select Search.
6. Click Select next to the user's name.
7. Select a reason from the Reason drop down menu.
8. Select Save.
