18 Information Services

Create an Information Service Record

Note
Prior to creating a new Information Services record, a search must be conducted to ensure that a record does not already exist.

Anchor Point:  Workspace - short cut Registration

  1. Select Information Services from the Registration section of the Shortcuts Panel.
  2. Select the type of Information Services link required.
  3. Enter search criteria and select Search.
  4. If no match is returned select continue. Mobius will proceed to registration.
  5. Enter all mandatory and required fields.
  6. Select Save if you are finished, or Save & Copy to enter in another record of the same type.

Note
When using Save & Copy, change the service dates for the second entry to avoid creating a duplicate.
