14 Product Delivery Case (PDC) or Learner Income Support and Training Benefits Case

Create a Product Delivery Case

Anchor Point: Integrated Case Home Page
  1. Select the Learner Eligibility Determination Case (LEDC) Tab.
  2. Select View next to the current eligible LEDC.
  3. Select the Learner Income Support and Training Benefits Case Tab.
  4. Select Create Learner Income Support PDC.
  5. Select Next.
  6. Select the delivery pattern.
  7. Select Create Delivery.
  8. The Learner Income Support and Training Benefits Home Tab will display with a status of Open.
