11 Service Plan

Create a Service Plan from a Template

Anchor Point: Integrated Case Home Page
  1. Select the Service Plan Tab from the Navigation Bar of the Individual’s Integrated Case Home Page.
  2. Select New.
  3. Complete the mandatory and required fields.
  4. Select Save and Use Template.
  5. Select the Service Plan Template from the drop down menu.
  6. Select Save.

Note
A Template can only be used to create a new Service Plan and cannot be added to an existing Service Plan.
