Mobius Support Office and Mobius IDs
Mobius Support Staff
Mobius Support staff ensures that Mobius is up and running for all end users. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Assisting trainers and users where there are Mobius issues
- Maintaining the master list of changes, enhancements and issues
- The Program and Services Catalogue
- Data fixes
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
