AUTHORITY
Income Support, Training and Health Benefits Regulation, section 22(1)
POLICY
Applicants or recipients other than in client categories 81 and 82 (one-time issue) are not eligible for benefits when their non-exempt income (after all applicable exemptions have been given) equals or exceeds their needs.
