Section 9 Core shelter payment – learners
- The maximum monthly core shelter payment that may be provided to a learner household is
- for the 2019 CPI adjustment year,
- if the household unit lives in private housing, the amount determined under Table 2,
- if the household unit lives in social housing, the amount determined under Table 3, and
- if the household unit lives in a shared family residence that is not owned by an adult member of the unit or in which an adult member of the unit is not a party to a residential tenancy agreement with a third party, $103,
and
- if the household unit lives in private housing, the amount determined under Table 2,
- for the 2020 CPI adjustment year and subsequent CPI adjustment years,
- if the household unit lives in private housing, an amount adjusted in accordance with section 2,
- if the household unit lives in social housing, an amount determined under Table 3, and
- if the household unit lives in a shared family residence that is not owned by an adult member of the unit or in which an adult member of the unit is not a party to a residential tenancy agreement with a third party, an amount adjusted in accordance with section 2.
- if the household unit lives in private housing, an amount adjusted in accordance with section 2,
- for the 2019 CPI adjustment year,
