Part 1 Income Support and Benefits and Training Benefits

Division 3 Learner Household Units, Non-financial Eligibility - Designated as Learner Member and Training Service Plans, Section 46 Acceptable progress

A learner member meets the requirements for acceptable progress if, unless otherwise determined by the Director, the learner
  1. passes all courses in which the learner must be enrolled as a full time learner, and

  2. demonstrates the essential competencies needed to successfully complete the training program to

    1. progress to the next level of training, or
    2. become employed.
