Division 3 Learner Household Units, Non-financial Eligibility - Designated as Learner Member and Training Service Plans, Section 45 Acceptable attendance
A learner member meets the requirements for acceptable attendance if the learner meets the requirements determined by the Minister.
An absence from class of more than 3 consecutive weeks is not considered acceptable attendance.
A Director may waive the application of subsection (2) in extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the learner member.
This section does not apply to an apprentice full time learner.
