Income Support, Training and Health Benefits Regulation

Part 1 Income Support and Benefits and Training Benefits

Division 3 Learner Household Units, Non-financial Eligibility - Designated as Learner Member and Training Service Plans, Section 42 Ceasing employment

  1. A person is not eligible to be designated as a learner member of a household unit if the person

    1. terminated employment that the person might reasonably have continued to hold, and

    2. was not authorized to do so by the Director.

  2. This section does not apply to an apprentice full time learner.
