A non EI full time learner household unit is not eligible to receive income support and benefits if the learner member of the household unit

1. is a status Indian, and

2. is ordinarily resident on an Indian reserve as determined in accordance with the Arrangement for the Funding and Administration of Social Services, or any subsequent agreement, entered into by the Governments of Alberta and Canada.
