Part 4 Appeals |

Section 93 Notice of appeal — sections 25(2), 35(4) or 37(2) of Act
- A notice required under section 25(2), 35(4) or 37(2) of the Act must
- be in writing and in the form required by the Minister,
- set out the amount owing,
- in the case of a notice under section 35(4), set out any amount or value exempted from repayment, and
- advise of the right to appeal within 30 days of receiving the notice.
