Part 2 Part-time Training Benefits

Non-financial Eligibility, Section 63 Benefits from other sources

A person is not entitled to receive a part time training benefit if
  1. in the opinion of the Director, a similar benefit is provided under some other program determined by the Director, or

  2. the person has been approved for student funding.
