Part 7 Appeals (Sections 43-48)

Section 44 Exceptions

No appeal lies to an appeal panel with respect to the following matters:
  1. a decision with respect to assistance under Part 2, Division 1 that does not affect eligibility for or the amount or value of assistance;

  2. a decision under Part 5;

  3. a variation, refusal or cancellation of assistance under Part 2 caused by an amendment to this Act or the regulations;

  4. any other matter exempted from appeal by the regulations.
