The appeal panel shall not make a decision in an appeal under this Part that the Director would not have authority to make under the Act and regulations.
An appeal panel may confirm, reverse or vary the decision appealed from and must give reasons for its decision.
If an appeal is determined to be abandoned, the appeal panel shall confirm the decision appealed from.
Repealed.
A decision of an appeal panel in respect of an appeal under section 43 or an application under section 17(2) is final.
