MEP Regulation Section 2.2   

INTENT  

To promote accurate, effective and efficient services for clients common to the Maintenance Enforcement Program (MEP) and the Child Support Services (CSS). 

POLICY  

Under the Maintenance Enforcement Act and Regulation and the conditions stated in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with MEP, CSS workers can access MIMS to prepare or to make an application or agreement for child support.
